Industry/ Organization Type: Management Firm/ InvestmentPosition Title: Credit Officer/ Loan OfficerWorking Location: ChinatownWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Weekdays - 11am to 7pm; Weekend 12pm - 6pm)Salary Package: Basic + CommissionDuration: Permanent RoleKey ResponsibilitiesAssist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals.Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals.Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.Support remittance and deposit placement activities.Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling.Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files.Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.Execute additional duties as required.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years\' experience in Loan Operations or Credit Administration.Solid understanding of financial regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.
