Loan Officer Needed - BASIC & Comms | 5.5 Day |
Responsibilities:
Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process
Handle customer queries & promote New/renew sales
Check customers background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advice whether customers are suitable for LOAN installment plan.
Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the Loan details.
Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Prior/related experience preferred
Have instant message and telephone etiquette
