Job Description
- Our client is an established Digital Wholesale Bank headquartered in Singapore that serves SMEs and businesses in Singapore to meet their banking and financing needs. They are currently looking for a Loan Operations Specialist to be part of their ever growing team
- Work closely with various stakeholders to implement and improve the system and workflows for Loan Operation and Credit Admin Processes, especially on collateral management
- Perform daily operations on Loan Operation, Credit Admin, account management and domestic transfers
- Draft and review Loan Operation and Credit Admin procedures and conduct trainings to the Operation Team
- Assist in other Operation related BAUs such as payments and treasury settlement when needed
To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking and Loan Operations
- Familiar with Loan Operations and Credit Admin Processes
- Knowledge in various Operation aspects like time deposits, dormant account, GIRO, FAST/PayNow will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong sense of ownership
- Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details
