We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Loan Processor.Key Responsibilities: Fact Find and Data Entry

• Offshore Processor will input data onto CRM.
• Selection of Lender, product, funding worksheet, compliance answers, notes, etc.
• Generates Credit Proposal/ Credit Quote.
• Send Credit proposal to borrower followed by an email stating credit proposal has been sent.
• Once borrower has returned signed credit proposal push application onto apply online.

Lodgment (Apply Online)

• Offshore Processor inputs data into Apply online and upload supporting documents.
• Submit application into Apply online.

Monitoring and Additional responsibilities

• Monitor's compliance and controls all applications in progress, acts where progress is required.
• Ensures smooth calendar management, interacts with both internal staff and external clients.
• Responds timely to all incoming and outgoing communications, including electronic email.
• Renders general assistance, handles queries and valuation request

Requirements:

• At least one (1) years of work-related experience.
• Preferably, but not essential, Bachelor of Accountancy or another related course.
• Able to interact in a fast paced, proactive finance company based in Australia.
• A high level of English, both verbal and written.
• Preparedness to undertake Australian skills-based training.
• Confidently ask questions, adaptable to new concepts, works independently and offers initiatives to improve processes.
• Strong time management skills and able to work within set timeframes.
• High-level of initiative, suggests process improvements.
• Intermediate to advance skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
• High accuracy in data entry of information with high attention to details.
• Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently.
• Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and client focus
