Job Description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the credit value by processing the loan applications and documents within particular limits.
- Research and evaluate the financial status of the person applying for a loan.
- Interview the loan applicants to determine their financial eligibility and prepare the feasibility report for
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Have an excellent understanding of the different types of loans and other financial services.
- Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services.
- Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven work experience in Finance Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of computers and banking programs/applications.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Sales and Marketing skills will be an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of direct and indirect lending practices and products.
- Excellent knowledge of the current affairs of the real estate industry.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
