The Loan Reviewer will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of loan applications for Emerging Market and Enterprise Banking customers. Being meticulous and having a keen eye for details ensuring data integrity is critical for this role. The Loan Reviewer reports into Emerging Business, stationed at the Singapore head office. On-the-job training will be provided to facilitate the understanding of Bank policies, procedures and guidelines, guided by the unit\'s Team Leader or experienced Loan Reviewer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan applications for Emerging Market and Enterprise Banking customers covering various product types.
• Liaise and clarify with stakeholders such as Sales and Loan Validator if discrepancies arise.
• Verify the financial and background details against independent source (e.g. Financial Statements, Bank Statements, Notice of Assessment, Credit Bureau report, Company/Individual searches, Bank\'s core banking systems).
• Review and update mandatory information required for the loan applications into credit system before routing to Loan Validator.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Experience in handling and reviewing credit/loan applications with a risk awareness mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work especially during peak periods.
• Meticulous and possess good time management skills.
• Good interpersonal relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook (Email Client).
