Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales and Debit Collection Team: Oversee and lead a dynamic sales and debit collection team.
- Planning: Strategize, plan, and control company operations to ensure efficiency and goal achievement.
- Lead Team in Corporate Development: Provide leadership to the team for corporate collaboration and the development of new sales opportunities.
- Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities to boost revenue and meet sales targets.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, conduct research, and formulate business development strategies.
- Loan Product Development: Formulate, develop, and improve loan products to enhance customer experience, business profitability, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure credit activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- At least 4 years of solid experience in the personal loan or mortgage loan industry.
- Solid knowledge of loan products and related regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Higher Diploma or above in Finance or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
