Our client is a Global Corporate & Investment Bank with a fast-paced and collaborative culture.
This powerhouse is currently seeking an experienced Loans Agency Professional to assist on IBOR transition and other upcoming projects.
You will also take part in managing a portion of the portfolio of syndicated loans where the Bank is acting as Agent.
The Role:
- Assist on IBOR transition; loan document amendments, etc.
- Review and comment on finance documents: loan operation and agency provisions
- Ensure satisfaction of condition precedents prior to loan drawdown or conditions subsequent
- Liaise with legal counsels and other external parties in issues relating to loan agreements and related documents
- Loan administration: liaise with clients and lenders for all loan drawdowns, roll-overs, loan transfers etc; perform calculation, maintain all internal loan records and prepare instructions to operation
- Proven experience in assisting on IBOR transition is highly regarded
- Also open to strong loan administration/ loan agency experience, preferably on syndicated deals
- Experience in coordinating borrower\xe2\x80\x99s requests and reviewing documents as Agent
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and communication
