:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Credit Write-up/Proposal

\xc2\xb7 Support Relationship Managers to provide excellent service and build the bank\'s client relationships

\xc2\xb7 To prepare bankability analysis of prospective clients including financial analysis and prepare credit proposals for syndication and /or Bilateral loan

\xc2\xb7 Regular post-drawdown Credit Review

\xc2\xb7 KYC before drawdown and post-drawdown review

\xc2\xb7 Bilateral customer ad-hoc service

\xc2\xb7 To prepare periodic reports to the Branch and Head Office

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Peer Bank to seek for business opportunity

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 University Bachelor/ Master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic that is recognised in locally

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge for basic financial statement analysis is required if there is no related experience in Corporate Finance

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of corporate finance related experience is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidate is preferred as successful candidate is required to prepare email correspondence and periodic reports in different languages for overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan

\xc2\xb7 A team player, proactive and analytical

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful, results-oriented and sales driven with strong business development acumen

\xc2\xb7 Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients -
