Job Description


Responsibility

  • To attend walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner;
  • To explore and introduce different type of services and options that are available to clients;
  • To organize and analyze customer intention and information;
  • To perform general administrative and clerical duties;
  • To maintain and update customer\xe2\x80\x99s records;
  • To handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level / Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree;
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with computer, smartphone applications and software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be willing to work in retail setting (weekends), 5 days work per week;
  • Customer satisfaction orientation;
  • On-the-job training provided.
