Loans Operations Specialist, Digital Banking

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various stakeholders to implement and improve the system and workflows for Loan Operation and Credit Admin Processes, especially on collateral management.
- Perform daily operations on Loan Operation, Credit Admin, account management and domestic transfers.
- Draft and review Loan Operation and Credit Admin procedures and conduct trainings to the Operation Team.
- Assist in other Operation related BAUs such as payments and treasury settlement when needed.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Bachelor\'s degree with minimally 5 years of experience in Banking and Loan Operations.
- Familiar with Loan Operations and Credit Admin Processes.
- Knowledge in various Operation aspects like time deposits, dormant account, GIRO, FAST/PayNow will have added advantage.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong sense of ownership.
- Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
