CSR Healthcare-Associate PositionResponsible for answering customer questions and taking care of customer complaints, with the goal of ensuring positive customer experience. To provide support for the company's products and services, takes order requests, answers questions, and resolves complaints.
- Starting salary of 18k
- Candidate should strictly have a medical related course
- Fresh graduate or at least finished 3 years in college
- With or without BPO experience
- Willing to work as a Full time
- Must be amenable to work onsite
