Job Description
Assisting the nursing staff in giving patients individualized, specialized, and affordable careResponsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care to patients
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions
Recording patient vital signs and medical information
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
Simple nursing documentations
Medication serving and attending to patient needs.
Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Valid Singapore Nursing Board Registration
Min of Certificate in Nursing
