- Mon - Fri, Office Hours for Locum Enrolled & Staff Nurse (Sengkang)
- You will provide direct patient care and assist doctors and nursing staff during treatment and examination of patients in ward settings.
- Basic assessment for patients
- Monitoring patients behavior
- Documenting of intake and output /restrainer chart / patients belonging
- Ensure patient wellbeing is attended to
- Demonstrate clinical skills, knowledge to ensure safe and competent nursing care is being delivered according to nursing standards
- Provide nursing care and management to the patients
- Provide emergency care
- Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge of patients
- Ensure that there is follow up and closure on the continuity of patient care, administration of Medication and treatment plan.
