Job Description
The ChallengesYou will assist the pharmacists in prescription processing, to ensure accuracy and targeted waiting times are met. You will also assist the pharmacist-in-charge in planning and facilitating pharmacy operations.The duties include :
- Dispensing of medication
- Medication counselling
- Prescription interventions
- Inventory control
- Financial Counselling (e.g Medisave / CHAS / insurance etc)
- Medication Delivery prescription processing
- Local Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) OR non-registrable Pharmacy Degree ONLY
- Preferably with 2 yrs of experience as Pharmacy Technician in public healthcare institutions
- Good team player
- Possess an eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible work hours available to fit into your schedule
