Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and care plan for residents/patients as per doctor advise
- Regular ward duties
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs taking
- Give/feed medication
- Assist in chaperone duties when needed
- Generate reports as needed
- Min. Diploma and above in Nursing
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board & BCLS certification
- ICU trained experience needed
