Job Description


Job Roles

  • Issue Invoice, e-invoice submission
  • Issue Delivery Order
  • Plan delivery based on customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with customers, sales and forwarder to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their delivery
  • Answering and direct phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • GCE “O” Levels
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to resolve issues independently
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Good at multi-tasking and good team player
  • Keen to learn and has good working attitude
  • Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with China Team members.
Additional Information:
  • Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon- Fri)/ 9am – 1pm (alt Sat)
