Job Description


:

  • Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as:
  • Managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents.
  • Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately.
  • Generate DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly.
  • Handling virtual goods (i.e. software license) delivery.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow such as:
  • Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Alignment of product warranty.
  • Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents.
  • Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage.
  • Arrangement of order fulfillment schedule for in-house drivers.
  • Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as filing.
Requirements:
  • Cheerful personality with a good learning attitude.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and can perform in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments in regard with the stock movement/ transfer/ return & delivery matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
