Job Description

Summary:
- Mon to Thu: 8am to 5pm, Fri: 8am to 4.30pm
- Working location: Tuas, (Transport Provided at designated pick-up points - Tuas West, CCK, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Outram MRT)
- \xe2\x81\xa0Salary range : $2500 to $3000Job Scope:

• Liaise with planners to coordinate shipment requirements and schedule.
• Use SAP system to monitor inventory batches, quantities, and release statuses.
• Prepare SAP system for generating Delivery Orders, ensuring accurate batch and quantity selection, and completing E-log.
• Coordinate shipment picking, packing, and labeling with warehouse teams.
• Book shipments with freight forwarders and prepare IATA-compliant documentation.
• Manage template registrations (e.g., Coldstream), handle cargo collection, and ensure proper filing of Air Waybills (AWB).

Requirement:
- Knowledge of SAP and will need to attend IATA/IMDG course.
