Logistic Admin | Earn up to 3k | MNC | West side
WEST- Jurong Port/Lakeside
Flexi-working hours: Monday to Friday;
7.30am-8am until 4pm-4.30pm
Job description:
- Perform and prepare warehouse transactions using the order management system
- Provide administrative support for daily order fulfillment
- Monitor and keep track of delivery status of inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate and liaise with forwarders or couriers for import and export schedules
- Generate and prepare shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
- Investigate customer complaints and stock discrepancies
