Job Description

Our client is a well-established Singapore-based company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with over 50 years of operational history and industry presence.





Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods from receipt through storage to final dispatch. Supervise and guide a small team (max 2 warehouse assistants), setting clear targets and supporting them to meet operational objectives. Maintain high standards of housekeeping to esure a clean, safe, and organized environment. Identify opportunities for enhancing warehouse processes and propose solutions to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies. Monitor for any discrepancies in inventory such as missing or misplaced items and escalate findings promptly to management. Deliver in-house and training for warehouse assistants. Foster a strong team culture focused on accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement. Ensure correct labelling for all outgoing shipments and accuracy to processes.

Requirements:



Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is good to have. At least 3 years' experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in FMCG. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory control and warehouse systems. Good organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of local manpower and safety regulations. * Detail-oriented and proactive.
