Job Description
Our client is hiring a Logistic Assistant to join their team and contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of our logistics processes. Location - Choa Chu Kang
Responsibilities
- Performs warehouse tasks to check that each employee complies with regulations and offers WSH alternatives to deal with specific shortcomings in the current process.
- Controlling WMS/ES
- Receipt, storage, selection, packing, and stocktaking
- Ensures that all warehouse tasks are completed on time.
- Make sure to finish the stocktake within the designated cycle.
- Ensure that the company's equipment and MHEs are used and maintained properly.
- Maintaining adequate housekeeping in accordance with 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, standardize, sustain) strategies will improve the quality of warehouse operations.
- Complies with pallet stacking, movement, and arrangement standards, as well as height, weight, and special handling restrictions.
- Collaborates with team members to assist technological projects, and uses the newest electronics, tools, and equipment to enhance workflow in individual work areas.
