• Position: Logistic Arm
• Working day: 6 days work week (Rest day will be rotated)
• Working hours: Flexi depends on volume (Able to knock off once all parcels of the day cleared)
• Working Location: Ubi Road 1 (Taiseng MRT)
• Salary: 2500-2950 + Commission

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Logistic Operations. This role focuses on overseeing daily parcel deliveries assigned by our clients. The trainee will manage parcel pickup, sorting, and team coordination to ensure efficient and successful last-mile delivery. The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program, starting as a parcel delivery driver and progressing to managing routes, ultimately becoming a Zone In-Charge as an Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Parcel Operations: Oversee the pickup and loading of parcels from our partner\'s warehouse.

• Parcel Sorting: Sort parcels according to designated districts to ensure efficient delivery routes.

• Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team of 3-6 parcel walkers, ensuring they are dropped off at designated delivery areas.

• Coaching and Training: Provide training and guidance to parcel walkers on delivery procedures and best practices.

• Performance Monitoring: Ensure delivery walkers meet their assigned daily delivery targets and maintain high service quality.

• Team Welfare: Ensure the well-being of parcel walkers, addressing any concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

• Target Achievement: Drive the team towards achieving successful parcel deliveries based on client expectations.

Training Path:

• Phase 1 - Parcel Delivery Driver: Learn the fundamentals of last-mile delivery by initially performing parcel deliveries to understand operations from the ground up.

• Phase 2 - Route Management: Progressively take charge of delivery routes, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of daily delivery targets.

• Phase 3 - Zone In-Charge (Operations Manager): Take overall responsibility for parcel delivery operations within a designated zone, managing both drivers and walkers to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
