Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues related to shipped orders.
- Communicate continuously with the Production and Customer Service teams to ensure that customer delivery dates are achieved.
- Maintain warehouse and consignment inventory by using a cycle count program.
- Maintain inventory and supplies by making requisitions, receiving, storing, and securing the warehouse.
- Maintain shipping and receiving documentation, track and report unfilled orders and invoicing.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
- Relevant working experience in shipping or logistics role in related industry.
- Good experience in using Accpac (Sage300) and preparing shipping documents.
- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Working location: Ubi.
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
