Job Description
Logistic Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations, including receipt, verification, storage, issuance, and return of materials. Liaise with the Material Planner to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and material availability. Ensure accurate and timely issuing of materials to production, adhering to FIFO principles and proper documentation. Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, quantity checks, and monitoring of material movement. Organise and maintain proper handling, identification, and storage of raw materials and finished goods at the staging area. Oversee transportation, distribution, and packing activities to support timely delivery and export requirements. Implement effective stock control measures to prevent unaccountable or misplaced materials. Safeguard Hybrionic and its customer's proprietary information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
"Proprietary information" shall not be limied to trade secrets, know-how, product specification, BOM, data and business plans.
Competence:
Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
