Responsibilities :
- Collaboration within import and export, cold chain and sales departments including overseas partners and offices for customer\xe2\x80\x99s shipments requirements.
- Liaise with customers as well as manages air freight and cold chain activities.
- Monitors shipments which uplifted; and advise destination offices accordingly.
- Checks on shipment delay, discrepancies and conducts investigation on shipment damages.
- Be responsible to service commitments met and ensure customers satisfaction achieved.
- Ensure constant bridging with Airlines for best rates; and diligently seeking for good business opportunities.
- Minimum O Level qualification and above
