Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Vetting and preparation for Delivery Order, shipping documents for both import and export
• Verifying contractor\'s tax invoice
• Vetting and compiling of reports before official submission to relevant agency\xc2\xb7
• Handling OBUM (OBU management system)
• Handling internal inventory reports
• Verifying Contractor\'s WMS report
• Plan for logistics handling in both long term and short term perspective
• Mitigate the issue / problem encounter during the operation
• Constantly fine-tuning and improvise SOP
• Internal lead for team members on day to day requirements
• Coordinate with supplier & contractor for inbound & outbound deliveries
• Overseeing and processing for both outgoing and incoming shipments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or Equivalent in shipping or warehouse related topics.
• Intermediate Computer skills. (Microsoft word, excel and power point) in particular to Excel.
• Driver license (Class 3 or 3A)
