Job Summary:Location: WestWorkdays: Monday to Friday / 5 daysWork Hours: 8:30am - 5.30pmBenefits: Entitled to AWS:

• Oversee and manage day to day operation activities in both import and export activities by ensuring the smooth operation within Logistics / Warehouse functions.
• Supervise a team of logistics coordinators / assistants.
• Arrange timely dispatch for all mode of transportation including cross-borders (via to air, sea / land) for finished products and samples.
• Work with cross functional team to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve issues that may hinder shipment planning.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate warehouse operational needs.
• Organize weekly / bi-weekly / monthly inventory cycle count to ensure stock accuracy.
• Organize Stock replenishment, follow FIFO method.
• Submitting weekly inventory report to superior and investigate discrepancies, prepare, and report on any stock adjustment, including reason.
• Ensure compliance and update of working process / documentations.
• Experience in permit declaration and FTA related matters.

Requirements:

• Positive mindset, team player, and committed to continuous learning.
• Min Diploma in any related study
• Candidate with valid forklift license and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certificate will be an advantage.
