Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
• Salary: $4500 to $6000
• Location: Changi Naval Base // Project office at Lavender / Geylang area
• Project contract based (start from 29 Jan 24, estimated 27 months until project completion)
• HR // Admin // Recruitment // Training

• Candidates possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent
• At least 5 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.

Job Scope:

• Manage and oversee all fleet management and transportation activities for construction projects.
• Verifies purchase requisitions by project team; clarifying unclear items recommending alternatives.
• Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to optimize logistics operations.
• Coordinate and manage various stakeholders in highly classified areas.
• Monitor and track construction material inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Manage and optimize the use of logistics resources, including vehicles and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety, client\'s regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and analyse logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with the other departments.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned
