Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual management boards, and performance dashboards. Collaborate with IT teams to support WMS integration during system implementations or upgrades. Contribute to new business setups by assisting with facility layout, workforce planning, and procurement of necessary equipment. Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to monitor and report on operational performance. Develop warehouse simulation models using software like MS Visio or AutoCAD.
