• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.
• Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
• Documentation of processes and work closely with Logistics operation to implement new processes.
• Management of GST and VAT including monthly, yearly VAT value reconcile against Finance value.
• Management and resolve shipment, inventory reconciliation, and any other related issues.
• To develop/enhance current e-commerce logistics operational strategy.
• Initiate, manage and implement new project for e-commerce accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization.
• Design solutions and work closely with customer service team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, more than 5 years of proven working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients and China suppliers who can converse in Mandarin only.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2C e-commerce management.
• Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the e-comm Fulfilment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Frequent travel to China with alacrity.
• Proven experience and knowledge of shipping products from China to the United States and Europe.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
