Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the building, including common facilities and shared amenities. Oversee the functionality and upkeep of carpark systems and related equipment. Maintain and update building operation manuals, standard procedures, and documentation. Serve as the key liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management, ensuring clear communication on outages, construction works, and operational updates. Participate in the coordination and execution of fire drills and emergency preparedness activities, in collaboration with the management office or HSE personnel. Manage vehicle entry/exit at the building entrance, ensuring orderly flow of industrial traffic. Resolve parking disputes, illegal parking, and obstruction issues promptly. Act as first point-of-contact for on-ground operational issues at the entrance/carpark. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, contractor activities, and inspection reports. * Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to building/facility management.
