Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales contracts covering drafting contracts, signing and archiving.
• Co-ordinating the shipments with suppliers and customers (Observe Incoterms);
• Co-ordination, preparation, handling of contractual shipping documents via LC or direct presentation, Bill of Lading/Railway B/L, invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Weight, Draft survey report, Laytime Calculations and Demurrage / Dispatch Settlements.
• Invoicing and collection funds while observing and maintaining contractual payment terms (L/C, prepayment, cash against documents).
• Liaising with freight forwarders, agents.
• Reporting: daily report, shipping list, exposure list;
• Insuring Cargos whilst observing Incoterms;
• Updating Internal system SAP;
• KYC know your customer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistic or equivalent.
• With 4 - 6 years of working experience in Trading Firm or relevant field.
• Able to 24/7 standby as client is in Trading firm and will need to liaise with overseas client/ supplier.
• Excellent communication skills.
