Job Description
- Work hour 6:30am to 6pm , Monday to Saturday .
- Preparing shipping documents and/or airfreight documentation
- Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation
- Verifying vendors’ invoices & agents' debit notes
- Keep track of orders and ensure payment terms are being adhere
- Deliver timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to delivery
- Declaration of daily cargo clearance/export permits through tradeweb
