Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Coordinate with forwarder, internal to manage import container clearance, make sure the process is smoothly carried out without delay and congestion in warehouse. Collaborate with the forwarder, shipping line, and procurement team to determine any container charges incurred during the return to the port with forwarder, shipping line, procurement team for container charges if any when return them to port. Coordinate with transporter to arrange delivery schedule. Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations. Plan and schedule out-going delivery order for lorry driver. Carry out administrative duties, organize and maintain documentation records. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing. Move inventory and materials across facilities. Sort, label, organize and store inventory in the proper location. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Process inventory for delivery. To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



Min 2 years' experience in Logistics admin or in the related field. High personal, professional ethics at work. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands. * Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.
