Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator

• Basic up to $2,800 depends on experience.
• Monday to friday
• 8.30am to 6pm
• Transport at Boon Lay

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in ordering processing, work orders; invoicing, job scheduling, follow-up; order acceptance, and inquiries.

• Work closely with the Sales, Operation, Logistics & Production personnel to resolve necessary inquiries.

• Actively engage suppliers and customers in all Forecast Planning and Inventory Control delivery.

• Liaise with forwarders and carriers for shipping booking, confirmation, and documents.

• Weekly updating customer re-schedule/ Review internal and external forecasting/

• Customer order and supplier purchase value validation.

• Deliveries to meet both supplier and customer requirements in an accurate manner.

• Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the superior, management.
