Job Description
Contract Role: 6 Month Duration Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Working Location: Tuas South Lube Plant Entitled for AWS, Medical Insurance 1. Schedule Delivery:
- Ensure Delivery Promise is met by focuses on schedule development and provides follow up on the execution of order scheduling and monitors stock availability.
- Checks for appropriately licensed and maintained drivers and transport facilities according to HSSE policies.
- Key Interface with the Shell Supply Coordinators, Production Planner and 3rd party logistics service providers pertaining to export shipment\xe2\x80\x99s planning, scheduling, loading, and inland trucking operation.
- Checks export documentation to ensure that all charges are captured and other information such as: HS Code, Value, Description and Country of Origin,are correct.
- Apply for the relevant permit and trade agreement exemptions required for exporting the order.
- To confirm that packed and bulk deliveries have been delivered as loaded and to resolve discrepancies.
- Receive PODs, check andconfirm in system.
- Basic SAP and Shipping knowledge.
- ITE / GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x9d O\xe2\x80\x9d/Diploma or its equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are also welcomed.
Contract length: 6 months Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- authorization to work in Singapore without sponsorship (Preferred)
