Job Description
Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $3000 + AWS
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s SLA
- Frequently review, align and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, operating procedures etc.
- Responsible for daily documentations for Ocean Export / Import Operations and ensure shipments are properly handled and the needs of customers are met
- Liaise / coordinate with carriers / freight forwarders / vendors for outbound / inbound shipments
- Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents
- Co-ordinate and timely processing outgoing DO and shipment documentation
- Monitor shipment and liaise with vendors/forwarders
