Job Summary:

• Gross Salary UP $3,500++
• Basic Salary: $2,300 to $3,150 (depending on relevant experiences)
• Overtime Pay
• Annual Wage Supplement, Yearly Increment, Medical Benefits
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

Working Location (can choose):

• Changi South (next to Expo MRT)
• Greenwich (Hougang / Tampines area)
• Alps Avenue (near Bedok)
• Tampines Industrial Avenue (near Tampines IKEA)
• Benoi Sector (company bus at Jurong East & Boon Lay MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports when required
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the Executive on all receiving non-conformances.

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
