• Responsible for the day to day store operations
• Maintain an effective control system to ensure smooth flow of tools/materials
• Maintain proper records of all items received and issues
• Timely compilation of necessary reports
• Provide proper labeling for new items
• Close inventory and prepare closing and transaction reports at the end of the month
• Handle the returned tools/materials from shipping division to stock-room
• Ensure proper layout and easy access of stocks in the store
• Perform stock counts and updates stock card periodically
• Ensure high standard of security in the store and receiving section
• Raise discrepancy report when necessary
• Follow up on shortage report
• Replenish stock when necessary
• Ensure proper housekeeping and overall maintenance of the store and equipment
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior or the management.

Requirement:

• Relevant experience
• Experience inventory report preparation & familiar in Excel
