Job Description

Office Flex 0 is a permanent Work From Home and includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop.
The purpose of this role is to provide internal and external customer service support to all Bozden accounts and to assist in processing all related Bozden orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Examples - filing PO's, invoices and daily stock reports
Order processing
Receiving, processing and forwarding on all Compeed and Challs PO's to Logical Freight Solutions
Receiving, processing and forwarding on all Wakey Wakey, Iron Company, EllaOne and Norlevo PO's to Logical Freight Solutions
Receiving, processing and forwarding on all Simply 7 PO's to Cahill Transport
Woolworths Order Portal
Accepting/rejecting orders in the WW's portal for Compeed and Challs.
Making a copy of the PO's and filing it in the
relevant Bozden file
Uploading the invoice and delivery note in the
portal
SPS EDI PLATFORM (SYMBION/CHEMIST WAREHOUSE)
Accepting/modifying/rejecting orders in the SPS platform
Making a copy of the PO's and filing it in the
relevant Bozden file
Sending the PO's to the relevant warehouse
Generating the required SSCC labels and invoices
