About Our ClientOur client is a global leader in the cosmetics industry. They are recognized for their commitment to innovation, high-quality products, luxury branding, and sustainability efforts.

• Assist with transport planning by providing analytical reports to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to required delivery dates.
• Conduct transit time analysis to ensure accurate transit times are factored into the planning process.
• Offer daily support to address real-time transportation challenges, ensuring a balance between business requirements and freight costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve master data issues in SAP or TMS.
• Track carrier performance using agreed KPIs and manage the carrier business review process.
• Assist in the onboarding of new forwarders/carriers, ensuring compliance with QA standards, Service Level Agreements, SOPs, and contractual terms.
• Work with internal teams to update new lanes, rates, and manage spot bids as well as assign carriers to new lanes.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on transportation planning and regional logistics
• Prior experience with transport management systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global consumer goods environment
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
