Duties and Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in the English language

\xe2\x97\x8f Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner

\xe2\x97\x8f Review customer documents and update summary reports

\xe2\x97\x8f Research required information using available resources

\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately manage and resolve customer issues

\xe2\x97\x8f Route customer queries to appropriate resources

\xe2\x97\x8f Case/Ticket documentation

\xe2\x97\x8f Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organisation

\xe2\x97\x8f Awareness of relevant service levels

\xe2\x97\x8f Interpreting data, analysing results and trends using statistical techniques

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection and other strategies which optimises statistical efficiency and quality

\xe2\x97\x8f Acquiring data from primary or secondary source and maintaining databases

\xe2\x97\x8f Participate and lead improvement projects for defined processes

Qualifications Summary

\xe2\x97\x8f A Diploma/Degree or relevant Business/Supply Chain disciplines

\xe2\x97\x8f You are customer oriented and have +/- 2 years of professional experience in customer service.

\xe2\x97\x8f Problem solving comes easy to you.

\xe2\x97\x8f You are able to multitask.

\xe2\x97\x8f You have excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills (both written and verbal).

\xe2\x97\x8f You have excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and gDocs).

\xe2\x97\x8f You have good proficiency in English (written and verbal).

\xe2\x97\x8f You are a team player.
