This is an entry level position; candidates with 1-2 years of warehouse/supply chain experience will be advantageous.

Job Details:

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Location: Pioneer (Company transport available @Boon Lay/Jurong East/Outram)
• Bonus: AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Driving logistics excellence by analyzing and proposing process improvement solutions for 3PL warehouse activities
• Coordinating cross-department and with suppliers on the management of multiple SKUs
• Understanding and working on the disposal of slow moving SKUs
• Ensuring high accuracy levels in annual stock takes and on inventory throughout
• Assisting the manager on process improvement projects
• Monthly reporting on storage occupancy, inventory levels, and suggesting areas of improvement

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in a related field
• Relevant experience in supply chain/warehousing will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapid changing environment
• Self-motivated and team oriented
• Fast-learner and results/action oriented
