Position Summary




You will take ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order fulfilment tasks and provide excellent service to our customers and channel partners. You are professional always, and capable of thriving under pressure, in a fast paced team environment. At all times, you place our Customers First.


Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in the English language
• Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner
• Review customer documents and update summary reports
• Research required information using available resources
• Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
• Route customer queries to appropriate resources
• Case/Ticket documentation
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organisation
• Awareness of relevant service levels
• Interpreting data, analysing results and trends using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection and other strategies which optimises statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary source and maintaining databases
• Participate and lead improvement projects for defined processes

• 
  A Diploma/Degree or relevant Business/Supply Chain disciplines
• You are customer oriented and have +/- 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
• Problem solving comes easy to you.
• You are able to multitask.
• You have excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills (both written and verbal).
• You have excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and gDocs).
• You have good proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• You are a team player.
