We are seeking a highly motivated Logistic Analyst to join our team as a vital contributor to our corporate reporting function. In this role, you will ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory within an organization. Which include receiving purchase orders and RMA material, analyzing, and verifying parts, handling documentation and material flow processes, processing stockroom computer transactions, correcting inventory discrepancies, conducting cycle inventories, performing stockroom duties and special projects, and providing training to other employees.
How you will achieve this:
- Receives Purchase Orders and RMA material into the designated storage locations.
- Analyzes, verifies, picks, and packages parts to fill customer sales orders and replenish hub inventory.
- Understands and can handle all documentation and material flow processes.
- Understands and can process all stockroom computer transactions associated with parts issuing, receiving, and shipping functions.
- Identifies analyzes and corrects inventory discrepancies, could escalate issues to the proper personnel.
- Able to execute and complete cycle inventories conducted on component parts, finished assemblies, materials, and equipment.
- Able to perform all stockroom duties, special projects and provide training to other employees.
- Education: High School diploma.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years related experience in warehousing, material handling, receiving, customer service and transportation background.
- Knowledge: Proven knowledge of various material handling disciplines and inventory control knowledge. Knowledge of MRP Systems, MS Office products, and good overall PC computing skills needed.
