Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities
Understand warehouse operation activities managed by 3rd Party Logistics
Lead and manage 3PL in warehouse activities to achieve consistent and high-level productivity and performance.
Work on disposal of non-movement and slow mover SKUs
Work with 3PL and Planners on the management of SKUs with different packing unit and wrong use-by-dates.
Conduct monthly analysis on different packing unit SKU data and update in system.
Follow-up on incoming pilferage and damaged goods shipments settlement.
Attend to weekly litigation cases towards settlement with solution implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
Participate in annual stock take.
Ensure high accuracy level on inventory throughout.
Work on monthly reports link to storage occupancy, safety, stock data management and improvement projects.
Assist the Manager in the continuous improvement processes.
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma holders with 2-3 years of relevant work experiences
Understands supply chain process
Customer service oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Query and Power BI are a plus)
Familiar with office 365 (SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP a plus
