Logistics and Operations Assistant (Bukit Batok Crescent)
The Company is a distributor of vehicle spare parts, supplying to distributors, workshops, and end-users both locally and abroad. We are looking for a suitable Logistics and Operations Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- To handle import/export shipments.
- To prepare and file shipping documents.
- To update the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- To assist Warehouse operations with stocktaking, checking, and picking of goods.
- To assist Sales/Purchaser with product checks, price checks, delivery arrangements, and warranty claims.
- To provide Operations support (e.g. making arrangements for aircon service, electrical licensing, packing materials, stationery, and groceries).
- Other ad-hoc duties if required.
- Certificate/Diploma in either Supply Chain or Logistics. Candidates without the relevant qualifications, but with related experience will still be considered.
- Able to read, write, and understand English.
- Proficient with the computer including with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word).
- Team player, organized, process-orientated and meticulous.
- Familiarity with any ERP system is desirable but not mandatory.
- 44 working hours per week
- 5 or 5.5 days work week – options available!
OR Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)
Saturday – 8am to 12pm (no lunch)
