Island Living is a Singapore-based furniture and homewares brand operating across ecommerce, showroom retail, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. We work closely with suppliers, freight partners, and local delivery teams to move large and small items efficiently from warehouse to customer.
This is a
hands-on operations and logistics internship
with real exposure to how inventory, deliveries, and ecommerce systems work together in a retail business.
Role:
You will be working to support the team on Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing tasks as follows:
Logistics & Operations:
Assist with daily delivery routing and scheduling
Support coordination with delivery drivers and courier partners
Help manage returns, rescheduling, and delivery paperwork
Management of incoming shipments, all the way from issuing Purchase orders to receiving stock into ERP
Delivery and shipment follow up
Support inventory updates and stock accuracy checks
Ecommerce & Systems Support:
Assist with product uploads and basic website updates (Shopify)
Help update collections, banners, and simple ecommerce content
Support operational reporting and admin tasks
Who this is ideal for

Familiarity with ERP systems and Shopify apps is an advantage.

We are open to full time or part time (min. 3 days per week). Salary will be pro-rata for part time work.
