Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
- Position Title: Logistics Assistant/ Logistics Coordinator
- Working Location: Woodlands (Transport Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 +AWS + VB
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
- Receiving and repack the goods from suppliers to optimize shipment cost
- Prepare proforma invoice and packing list for forwarder, have to separate invoices that need sub certificate
- For sea shipment, check and tally report before sending out
- Issue internal PO for sites, NPI or misc. order for stationary etc
- Help Finance to check PO billing issues
- Prepare and arrange courier for all Departments
- ITE and above
- Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel & Ms Word, in particular)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to identify electronics components description
- Preferably has SAP System Knowledge/Experiences
